Default Email Templates!

Fetcher now allows owners and admins to set their own default email templates for touchpoint sequences and response templates. Each user will get one set of default templates to set, and these defaults will be copied automatically to each search and campaign when opened.

  1. Go to "Email Templates" in the bottom left hand menu or access your default templates here

  1. Edit and save your default copy for touchpoint sequences and response templates
Sourcing Templates
  1. The default templates will then be copied to each new search and campaign. You can then edit the position or campaign template for that extra touch of personalization.
