What Is the AI Replies Feature?

The AI Replies feature is designed to help you manage and respond to candidate or lead communications more efficiently, directly from your Response Needed section.

Within the Response Needed tab on your sidebar, you’ll find all the leads who have replied to your outreach emails and are awaiting a response. With the help of AI Replies, you can now quickly generate smart, context-aware replies in just one click.

How Does It Work?

When a lead responds to your email sequence, the AI automatically reads and understands the entire email thread, including:

  • The original outreach message
  • The lead’s reply and tone
  • Relevant company and role information available in your Fetcher account
  • Information from the specific search or position the lead is associated with

By clicking the “AI Reply” button, Fetcher will instantly generate a personalized response draft that aligns with the context of the conversation and the details of the search.

Editing and Sending AI Replies

Once the AI reply is generated, you have full control to:

  • Edit or customize the generated message to match your tone or add specific details
  • Send the reply immediately, or
  • Clear or Cancel it to be done manually

This ensures that while the AI speeds up your response process, you always maintain the final say in what gets sent.

To get the best results, make sure your Company Info and Search Settings are fully filled out. This ensures that every AI-generated response is aligned with your organization and the criteria of the role you're hiring for.
