Account Information - Resetting Your Password

If you would like to change any of your account information, such as your name, email address, password or signature you would go to your navigation bar at the bottom left of the platform and then select My Account.

From this page you can make your desired changes and then click Save Changes. Alternatively, you can also change your password by clicking Reset My Password at the top right. 

As a best practice and reminder, the most secure passwords are at least 8 characters long, and involve uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
Updating Your Signature

You also have the ability to update your signature! We usually recommend just copying and pasting what is currently in your email signature. Once added, head to your Email Templates and add the {{sender_signature}} variable to your email templates.

You can review the look of the signature on emails by going by sending yourself a Preview from the same screens
Images are not officially supported on our platform but smaller images may be accepted by the editor. Ask your CSM or Enablement Manager for more information on the ideal format/size.

Single Sign-on (SSO)

Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that allows users to authenticate with multiple applications and websites with a single set of credentials.

In Fetcher, this premium feature can be set up, customized, and enabled by the Fetcher team.

  • Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL
  • X.509 Certificate related to that URL
