Account Information - Resetting Your Password
If you would like to change any of your account information, such as your name, email address, password or signature you would go to your navigation bar at the bottom left of the platform and then select My Account.
From this page you can make your desired changes and then click Save Changes. Alternatively, you can also change your password by clicking Reset My Password at the top right.
Updating Your Signature
You also have the ability to update your signature! We usually recommend just copying and pasting what is currently in your email signature. If you do have an image in your signature it is worth giving it a try and then going to Email Templates to preview. Images are not officially supported on our platform but if they are in the right format/size it occasionally works.
Single Sign-on (SSO)
Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that allows users to authenticate with multiple applications and websites with a single set of credentials.
In Fetcher, this premium feature can be set up, customized, and enabled by the Fetcher team.
