Changing the owner of a search

This is an Admin only permission

To change owners on a position, go to Settings > Outreach Settings. Then next to a position click on Settings followed by Edit Team Members.

Then, click on Make Owner next to a team member’s name to make them an owner.

That's it! You've now changed the owner. If you do not see the person you want to add, make sure to first add them to the search, and if needed, invite them to your account.

Last not but least, make sure to make any relevant updates to your templates.

Owners and watchers on a position have almost exactly the same functionality. The only difference is that any email outreach comes from the owner’s email address, and only the owner can invite team members to access a position.
Changing the owner on a position will cancel out any scheduled email outreach
